• Memastikan semua peruntukan undang-undang, arahan atau prosedur kerja berkenaan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan dipatuhi.
• Mengaturkan dan menyediakan suatu system kerja, prosedur, dan latihan yang bersesuaian kepada semua pekerja untuk membolehkan pekerja-pekerja tersebut menjalankan tugas masing-masing dalam suasana yang Selamat dan Sihat.
• Memastikan pekerja-pekerja mengambil langkah munasabah bagi Keselamatan dan Kesihatan dirinya serta orang lain yang mungkin terjejas oleh tindakan semasa bekerja dan memakai atau menggunakan kelengkapan dan peralatan keselamatan yang disediakan.
• Memastikan pihak pengurusan dan penyelia sentiasa mengkaji semula semua dasar, prosedur dan system kerja dengan tujuan sentiasa mempertingkatkan tahap Keselamatan dan Kesihatan di tempat kerja.

Kerjasama dan penyertaan aktif daripada semua lapisan pekerja dan pekerja kontrak di tapak adalah perlu untuk perlaksanaan dasar dan pengelakan penyakit pekerjaan, kemalangan dan kecederaan, serta pencemaran alam sekitar.

• No deforestation of high conservation value (HCV) lands or high carbon stock (HCS) areas
• No planting on peat land
• No exploitation of rights or workers, indigenous peoples, and local communities

We will work to ensure that all our activities and services are governed by our commitment to the above areas.

We will collaborate with and seek the support of all our suppliers and customers for their cooperation and commitment to this policy. We encourage each one of them to develop and have in place, similar policies by year 2020. This is to ensure the whole supply chain is fully committed to the promotion of no deforestation, no planting on peat and no exploitation of the rights of workers, indigenous people and local communities.

The Management and Staff of Kilang Sawit Charuk Puting Sdn Bhd are committed to provide adequate resource and commitment towards the sustainability of the palm oil mill by implementing Malaysian Sustainable palm Oil (MSPO) and ensure that all levels of workforce and stakeholders are being communicated and understood our commitment.The company is also committed to continual to improve the mill operation by continuing upgrading the facilities.

Kilang Sawit C.P Sdn. Bhd. observes, upholds and supports the human rights of all employees as stated in the ILO Declaration on Fundamentals Principles and Rights at Work and also the Malaysia Labour Law.
